Terms for Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to bakinghotgirls.bar and the referral service offered by Bakinghotgirls Walk-In Tubs through this website. Using the site, making a phone inquiry or sending a form means you accept these terms. This general template does not provide legal advice.

Our Role in Your Project

Bakinghotgirls Walk-In Tubs is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell products, perform installations or service products. Any contract you enter with a provider is between you and that business; we are not a party to it.

Responsibility Stays With the Provider

Each independent provider alone is responsible for its estimates, pricing, schedules, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance and conduct. Providers in our network operate separate businesses. We neither direct nor control their work. We make no assurance about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before hiring, check credentials, request evidence of insurance and obtain a written estimate.

Understanding the Site's Content

The site offers general information, not medical, legal, insurance, financial or professional advice. Its content does not recommend what suits anyone's health or mobility needs. Any listed costs are typical U.S. ranges rather than quotes. Actual prices depend on the job.

Using the Site Responsibly

You agree to provide accurate details and use the site lawfully. You also agree not to disrupt its operation or attempt access without permission.

Contact About Your Request

Making a phone inquiry or submitting a form means you agree that we and the provider receiving your referral may contact you about that request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@bakinghotgirls.bar.

Ownership of Site Materials

The website's text and design belong to Bakinghotgirls Walk-In Tubs or its licensors. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission.

Limits on Responsibility

Where permitted by law, Bakinghotgirls Walk-In Tubs is not liable for loss or harm connected to your use of this site, a provider's products or services, or an agreement you make with a provider. The website is supplied "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
