Understanding Our Referral Service

Last updated: October 2026

This disclosure explains what Bakinghotgirls Walk-In Tubs does and how the business may receive payment. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Part in the Process

Bakinghotgirls Walk-In Tubs provides referral and marketing services. We connect homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install, repair or service bathing products.

A call through the site's number or a submitted form may be routed to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner working with providers in your area.

Payment for Making Connections

Providers or marketing partners may pay Bakinghotgirls Walk-In Tubs for calls, submitted forms or other referrals. Payment amounts may depend on factors such as a call's length or whether it is answered. Payment may occur even when you hire nobody.

This compensation does not alter the provider's price to you. For agreed work, you pay the provider directly at prices that business determines.

Separate Businesses and Responsibilities

Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Bakinghotgirls Walk-In Tubs. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Estimates, prices and terms
• Products sold and associated warranties
• Work quality and timeliness
• Licenses, insurance and certifications
• Communication with you

A referral neither endorses a provider nor assures its performance. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses are in our network at that time.

Deciding Who to Hire

You have no duty to hire a provider referred through us. Before choosing, ask questions, verify credentials, request a written estimate and compare quotes from other providers.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Calls made through this website may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
