We acknowledge complaints by email, generally within a few business days. We then examine the concern. This may involve contacting the provider. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.
If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply and request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. If the concern involves a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be another source of help.
